A scheduled maintenance event will take place overnight on Thursday, August 10th 2023, through Friday morning, August 11th 2023. During this time, we will be conducting routine maintenance within our Atlanta data center to ensure the continued reliability and performance of our services. During this maintenance window the server hosting CORE1 of the CPBX Platform (Netsapiens - Green Platform) will require multiple restarts.
All traffic will be directed away from CORE1 before any maintenance will begin. Due to the geo-redundant architecture of the platform we do not expect any service disruptions.
We understand the importance of maintaining a high level of service and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure the stability and reliability of our systems.
