Scheduled - This Tuesday, December 6, 2022 from 12:00am ~ 2:00am CDT we will be undergoing planned network maintenance for the servers that control NUSO UCaaS instant messaging, SMS, and presence functions.

Customers should not experience any service interruption during this time as only brief outages are expected with these three UCaaS feature sets (Instant Messaging/SMS/Presence).

We understand there is no perfect time to perform maintenance. With this in mind, we have scheduled this maintenance during a low utilization period.

Monitoring - The issues related to AWS appear to be rectified. Connection to all portals is functioning as expected at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation.

Update - This incident is related to an issue with customers and/or applications connection through AWS.

We are investigating an issue, which may be impacting Internet connectivity between some customer networks and the US-EAST-2 Region.
