NUSO will undergo a planned network maintenance beginning Thursday December 29, 2022, at 2:00am CST and scheduled for completion on Thursday December 29, 2022, by 6:00AM CST. Between the hours of 3:00am ~ 5:00am there may be brief outages in the following areas:

- Auto Attendants
- Voice Mail
- Management Portals
- Inbound Calling
- Mobile and Desktop Apps

If your business is open during these hours, please contact the NUSO NOC to review your current configuration and determine what changes, if any, will be made prior to the hours of potential impact.

We understand there is no perfect time to perform maintenance. With this in mind, we have scheduled this maintenance during a low utilization period.
