Investigating

We are investigating reports of intermittent clicking sounds affecting a subset of voice calls. At this time, the issue does not appear to impact all traffic, and we have not identified a common source or pattern among the affected calls.

Our Operations team is actively engaged with our upstream carrier partner, Tandem, to isolate and determine the root cause. We continue to escalate internally and are closely monitoring the situation while additional troubleshooting is performed.
