NUSO will undergo a planned network maintenance on the Orange UCaaS platform beginning Thursday February 15, 2024 at 12:00am CT and scheduled for completion by 5:00am CT. Between the hours of 12:00am ~ 5:00am there may be brief outages in the following areas:

- Auto Attendants
- Voice Mail
- Management Portals
- Mobile and Desktop Apps

We understand there is no perfect time to perform maintenance. With this in mind, we have scheduled this maintenance during a low utilization period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this maintenance period. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
