This Tuesday, December 6, 2022 from 12:00am ~ 2:00am CDT we will be undergoing planned network maintenance for the servers that control NUSO UCaaS instant messaging, SMS, and presence functions.

Customers should not experience any service interruption during this time as only brief outages are expected with these three UCaaS feature sets (Instant Messaging/SMS/Presence).

We understand there is no perfect time to perform maintenance. With this in mind, we have scheduled this maintenance during a low utilization period.
